About Maude
With 9+ years of flute teaching experience, I have trained around 150 students and helped them improve their musical abilities step by step. I enjoy teaching students of all levels and helping them achieve their goals. My teaching approach is based on communication, creativity, and flexibility, which allows me to customise lessons according to each student’s needs.
I focus on building a strong foundation in breath control, tone production, and finger coordination. I include creative exercises, songs, and practical learning methods to make classes interesting and engaging. I maintain a positive and encouraging environment where students feel motivated to learn.
My unique skill is breaking down complex techniques into simple steps. I also guide students in basic music theory and practice habits. My goal is to make flute learning simple, enjoyable, and effective.

I place strong emphasis on essential techniques such as breathing, tone development, and finger coordination, ensuring a solid foundation. I keep my teaching flexible, modifying lesson plans based on the student’s pace and progress. Collaboration plays a key role, with students encouraged to actively participate and contribute to their learning process.
I create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel comfortable and confident. In addition to flute, I incorporate music theory and rhythm training to support overall musical growth.
