To me football is a way of communicating with your body to let you test your strengths & weaknesses no matter what the occasion. I want to keep people more involved in sports & less in being indoors using social media. Did you know playing football once a week for 90minuted a week is enough to prevent you from having a heart attack until you reach 90?cool right?
