About Uriã
Uriã is a Brazilian musician and artist based in São Paulo. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Composition from the UNESP Institute of Arts and studied violin at the São Paulo Municipal School of Music.
As a multi-instrumentalist, he has worked on a variety of projects as a violinist, fiddler, composer, musical director, and arranger. He has over five years of experience in arts education, teaching music to children and adults and leading workshops and courses.
His teaching combines technical development with musical creativity, encouraging students to develop their own musicality, listening skills, and confidence.

Fiddle and violin lessons with an intuitive and creative approach, tailored to each student’s goals and level. I incorporate melodic perception, Brazilian musicality, improvisation and creativity into the learning process.
Students can explore Brazilian rhythms such as Forró, Baião, and Xote, as well as traditional tunes and songs — from beginner to advanced level.
