I am a fifth year Biomedical engineering student at Imperial College London, just returned from a year in Iceland and interested in tutoring maths and science! :)

Methodology

I prefer to focus on the work that the student specifically needs help with. Generally I would suggest a brief recap of what the student has covered recently in class, going into detail on any areas that were confusing and need further clarification and then doing some questions that go over those same areas. Looking at the homework the student is set is always a good way to determine content for the lesson unless the student has other ideas of what they want to cover.
