About Michal
I have been studying FMA for almost ten years, taught it at the University of Rzeszow in Poland for two and a half years, and cooperated with international experts in the field.
I think it's fair to say that Kali/Arnis/Escrima (other names for FMA) has helped me improve in many ways. It was definitely very helpful in 2020! I can see therapeutic potential in those exercises and I would like to start sharing my knowledge again.
