About Saif
When I was doing my GCSEs, my Maths exams had 1 hour 45 mins allocated for each. I finished both exams in under 45 mins and was left utterly bored for the last hour. I still got my A* (level 8-9 new spec). I have mastered GCSE maths, the hardest questions are about as difficult as a sudoku puzzle. I am studying Medicine at the University of Manchester, and recently completed my Masters of Research (MRes) in Tissue Engineering for Regenerative Medicine at the Distinction level. I'm incredibly friendly and my lessons are very casual. I'm only 23, and I treat my GCSE students like I do with friends. I have been tutoring GCSE Maths for 7 years, but no longer because 8 years ago, I was taking the GCSE myself. I simply want to help you reach your highest potential. You're reading this because you're looking to improve your maths, or you're looking for a tutor for your son/daughter. Why settle for a tutor who simply teaches the syllabus? I not only do this but will also teach you the right way, the quickest way to answer a question - the stuff they don't teach you in school. I don't believe in simply teaching students to memorise formulae. I teach my students the WHY. I help them understand why we do things so that they can apply their knowledge much more efficiently. I tutor mostly over Zoom, going through past papers and other exams to identify your areas of weakness. Then, I set focused lessons going through these weaknesses until you are confident. And then repeat - simple. My lessons are typically an hour-long and are available to anyone wishing to improve their Maths GCSE.
