About Amy

As a final year teaching student, I understand the importance of catering to the needs of all learners. With this in mind I am more than happy to tailor lessons to suit the student whether this be the content, the way in which lessons are delivered or strategies used when teaching to help the student progress.
Typical lessons will begin with a recap to consolidate prior learning, followed by an interactive teaching session where the student is encouraged to participate in active learning and engage throughout and finally will end with a discussion of what was covered, what the student learnt from the lesson and what will be covered next time. Students are also free to ask questions throughout for clarity and understanding.
