About Nathan
I am currently studying at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston and have come home for the summer.
I have been learning TESOL (teaching English to speakers of other languages) for around 3 years now, with over a years worth of experience teaching foreign students at my university. I have experience teaching at a range of levels, anywhere from absolute beginner at A1 level, to fluent at C2. I have also taught in other languages such as Japanese, and will be able to each to English speakers also as I have experience in this area too.

When teaching I often focus on first, creating a fun and engaging learning environment and being sure that learners are motivated. This has been researched by many such as Dornyei, as being a very important aspect of learning. As well as building rapport with learners, I like to focus on a students specific needs and make sure that at the end of every lesson the learner can walk away having learned something new, or at least being better able to perform in the different aspects of language.
