About Jacquelin
I am a bilingual finance professional from New York City, who has previously worked in credit analysis for Latin American companies. I worked for a top three credit rating agency for seven years and was promoted three times before leaving the firm to pursue a Masters degree; I left as a Director managing a team of analysts. I have ample knowledge of financial analysis, as well as great presentation and management skills.
I became fluent in Spanish when I moved to Mexico City in 2018 and can recall the steep learning curve. I would like to help others become proficient in business English so they can continue growing in their careers and become eligible for higher paid opportunities.

-My teaching method is tailored to your needs. I can help you with anything from explaining financial statement results to negotiating a pay raise to explaining a SWOT analysis! It depends on what would be most useful to you.
-I can be particularly helpful for Spanish speakers as I am also fluent in Spanish and understand the typical pitfalls that speakers of this language usually encounter. I've worked with native Spanish and Portuguese speakers in a work environment for many years.
-My lessons are for those who already have at least an intermediate level of English and are looking to refine it into one that can be used fluidly at the workplace.
