My teaching approach is to start with the basics and build up slowly through numerous examples. Encouraging students to ask more questions and making them feel comfortable enough to speak out when they do not understand something. I also believe repetition is a useful tool to becoming a master at what you do. I have extensive experience with working with students and colleagues and I have found this approach to be the most effective.
