About Millie
I am a recent graduate in German with 2 years of tutoring experience. As I often struggled with self confidence in my own language learning journey, I am aware of the barriers to fluency that this can cause, and work to inspire and encourage my students just as my teachers did. I understand the daunting experience of learning a new language, and offer patient and considerate approaches, to ensure that you feel supported and capable when speaking German.

I create a welcoming and supportive and learning environment for my students, as confidence can be one of the largest barriers to language acquisition and improvement.
Together we can tackle complex grammar rules with clear explanations and practice exercises, or improve your pronunciation and conversational fluency. Our focus will depend on which areas of the language you are struggling with the most, which will be identified in an introductory lesson.
I have experience in tutoring GCSE students, but am more than willing and able to offer lessons to students of varying levels and those working towards different qualifications.
