About Thea
I have been both educated and have tutored in the Architecture / Built Environment Industry, therefore I know how it feels to be a student who needs a little help! I am approachable and friendly and have a passion for educating and passing on advice to the younger generation of Architectural Professionals. I have a passion for sustainability so any help on Sustainable projects is gladly welcomed!

I have tutored for Architectural Education programmes for 5 years. I apply a person-centred approach to teaching, allowing each student to express their design concerns, or areas which need improvement at the outset of a lesson. This enables the student to prioritise the help that they need with a certain task, enabling them to get the most out of their session. After working through any requests, I will offer techniques, further reading or things to practice to ensure continued development and support after the lesson.
Lessons are typically 45 minutes for A-Level Architecture/ Art & Design students or University Part 1/Part 2 Architecture Students.
Students who need help with Personal Statements or portfolios when applying to University are welcome also!
