You will find my teaching methodology to be interactive and flexible to be tailored to your own pursuits. Everyone is welcome whether you are a complete beginner in Japanese or just want someone to practice speaking with. I can help you write speeches, use Keigo, Kansai-ben and learn all 3 scripts while giving you the real-life cultural knowledge you will need on a trip to Japan.
よろしくお待ちいたします!
I am a dual citizen of the UK and New Zealand, with strong multi-cultural experience having studied abroad at Japan's most prestigious universities in the Touhoku region - Keio University and Yokohama National University. Having studied the Japanese language to N2 level, alongside courses on Japanese history, pop culture and cinema, I have situated my whole career focus on relations in Asia and the Pacific. My other major is linguistics, therefore I am aware of the mechanics behind the language learning process. I have tutored English and numeracy for Australasian company NumberWorks n'Words in the past for ages 5 - 15.
Cancellation policy requiring 1 hours notice otherwise the full price of the lesson must be paid.
