About Emily
Tutoring Psychology is something I really enjoy doing, having loved the subject at school, I have studied it for over 6 years exploring such a wide range of topics from social psychology, sport psychology and the psychology of emotions. I think psychology is a subject that will stay with you and change the way you see and interact with the world.
Currently, I work with year 11 students in secondary schools and really enjoy the learning process but more importantly helping them succeed and feel confident in themselves. From my sessions I hope to make you feel confident going into the exam and find enjoyment in the subject!

My personal approach to lessons is basing it around your own learning style and heavily rooted in exam technique and understanding what the course is about! I currently work tutoring students in a specific secondary school and know the importance about helping you learn the key information but more importantly how to apply it. Lessons are for GCSE and A-Level content and I'm also open to any questions you have about the subject on the whole! I have an A* at A-Level and a first-class undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh so have over 6 years of experience on the area. Typical lesson length can be from 45 minutes to an hour.
