My teaching approach is student-centred, practical, and personalised to your English level, goals, and interests. I use conversation practice, interactive activities, vocabulary building, reading, listening, and writing exercises to help you develop your English skills and communicate with confidence.
As a TEFL-certified tutor with over three years of ESL teaching experience, I understand that every learner is different. I create supportive lessons where you can practise at your own pace, ask questions, and learn from mistakes without feeling discouraged.
With a Master of Public Health (MPH) and over five years of public health experience, I can integrate health and wellbeing topics into English lessons. This approach can help you build everyday English vocabulary while exploring topics such as healthy living, accessing healthcare, and communicating about health. Lessons can also focus entirely on general English if that better suits your goals.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes and can be adapted to your needs. We can begin by reviewing your goals, practise a specific skill or topic, and finish with a recap of what you have learned and areas to practise before our next session.
My lessons are suitable for adult learners, beginners, and intermediate English speakers who want to improve their speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, and everyday communication. Whether you are learning English for daily life in the UK, work, travel, or personal development, I will tailor lessons to your needs.
