About Vanessa
A little about me, I was born in Cartagena, Colombia but moved to Lima, Peru almost a year later with my family . After Lima I moved to La Paz, Bolivia and yet again another move to Barranquilla, Colombia. Only to then move once more to Panama City, Panama. You best bet I am happy to be settling down in San Diego! I have met the world and seen every single culture and my bilingualism helped me deepen my connections to people, and that’s why I want to teach. I want everyone to be able to experience the world the way I do.

I give online classes since I don’t have a car! I would give a syllabus to overview what we would talk about it and work with texts to further understanding. It is never to late to start learning and new language and since I’ve been hearing both english and spanish my whole life I know all the tricks! I took both AP Spanish Literature and Language in high school and excelled in both. I am 19 years old and I can create a good connection with anyone that I teach, I always like to make learning fun!
