About Samuel
I'm a first year political science student at SFU. Graduating from Chien Kuo High School (Top 1 high school in Taiwan) with a 4.00 GPA, I have a complete and thorough understanding of the subject, but more importantly the methods of learning. I am fluent in both English and Mandarin, and can teach in both, depending on the student's preference. I am also experienced in tutoring, serving as the head of social service of our school ambassador team, not only have I taught many lessons online and in person, but was responsible for designing the curriculum and tutor training. I teach in a simple and gradual way, and find ways to incorporate games and exercises to create an engaging lesson.

Believing that every student learns at a different pace, my lessons are customized to best suit the learner's needs. All teaching materials will be tailored and developed along the learning process, ensuring the contents are relevant and fitting.
I also believe that there is more to life than learning, thus I hope to incorporate positive mindsets into the course. Not only acquiring knowledge, but also igniting a passion for learning.
