About Emme
I’ve given private and group lessons to circus performers which includes fitness classes as well as conditioning. I’ve put together circus shows for large groups (and small). I’ve performed professionally for 10 years and coached for about 3 of those 10 years.

My teaching approach/method is to get kids and teens engaged in fitness and to want to better themselves physically and emotionally. Fitness plays a big part in mental health and it is important to keep fitness a daily part of our lives.
