About Rama
I am a nutrition and fitness coach with over 10 years of experience.
I have worked with clients as young as 16 to 65.
I aim to not just help you with your diet to transform your body but also build long-term habits to maintain and progress with your body after our time working together.

We will start with you as an individual.
Before our first session, to utilize our time as efficiently as possible, you will be requested to fill out a form with your age, weight, height, goals, current eating habits, food preferences, foods you really enjoy, activity levels and so much more for me to get a complete idea for you as a person.
Once I have gone over this information, in session we will start by going over the form and work form there to build you not just apersonalised plan but one that you will consistently be able to stick to whilst enjoying the process.
If there is one thing I always want you to leave my sessions with above all, it is that consistency is key.
