I offer detailed personal training along with sharing of complete practical & theoretical knowledge. All my personal trainings are goal oriented & inclusive of diet counselling & follow up. We chalk out the workout program & diet plan considering the complete history of the client.
We also offer multiple type of general training package with basic guidance.
