About Rohit
I'm an IT Engineer by degree and a Fitness Professional by passion. I chose to teach people how to be fit rather than developing a website and softwares.
Students I'll not be a person who's just gonna turn your flab into tight muscles and washboard abs. I'll be teaching you more than just that, that how to be healthy than yesterday and feeling good about yourself than you already do.
I've taught so many groups and individuals. Freelanced in many gymnasiums and had fun aerobic activities and functional workouts.

People out there who teach fitness, mostly just help their clients build muscles and be huge, even in an unfit way. They have build muscles and have a V-shaped body yet cannot run for even a kilometer.
My methodology is vastly different from these kinda guys. I help them look good, build muscles as well as be fit. See a person can have abs and yet not be physically fit, not flexible. You cannot look at a person and know his capabilities until he/she shows you.
I can help you get better at fitness completely. There would be nothing that you couldn't do. Let it be 3 hours of continuous trekking or 3 hours of cycling or running. I'll help you attain all of that which you now think might be impossible but I'll make that possible for you!
