About Aoife
I am a flautist, piccolo player and violinist. I am a recent graduate from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama where I graduated with a masters in flute performance. I am also a graduate from the University of Southampton, gaining a First Class BA in Music where I was awarded the Peter Evans Prize for Outstanding Performance.
I have a wide range of performing experience from shows, orchestras, wind bands and choirs and am teaching alongside preparing to audition for orchestras.
Outside of that, I play regularly in folk groups, both sessions in local pubs playing whistle, flute, piccolo and violin to playing my violin regularly in a folk band.

I can teach flute of all standards, beginner to intermediate violin and music theory!
We can work towards exams or just play to improve and have fun.
Using the knowledge gained from conservatoire and university, I will teach a wide range of methods and ideas and find what works best for each individual student.
Most importantly, I will make sure everyone is having fun and enjoying playing their instruments!

I can offer 30 minute lessons for younger/ beginner players for £18 and hour long lessons for intermediate to advanced players at £36.
