I am an enthusiastic cello teacher with experience teaching instrumentalists of all ages and levels.

I teach cello, piano and music theory.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a First Class degree in Performance from the Royal College of Music and I'm currently in the first year of a Master's degree at the same institution. I am also currently training to be an Alexander Technique teacher.
- How much do you charge?
My fee is £40/hour (travel included) and I offer a free consultation lesson.
- Where do you teach?
I teach at students' homes and I use the facilities at the Royal College of Music.
- When are you available?
My preferred days and times are as follows:
Monday after 7pm, Tuesday morning, Wednesday after 2pm, Thursday after 2pm, Friday all day and anytime over the weekend.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
The age range of students I teach is 6-80! I am able to teach cello to Diploma level, Piano to Grade 6 and Theory to Grade 8.
- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?
I regularly prepare my students for ABRSM examinations.
- What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching for several years in London and in France. This includes extensive private one-to-one tuition as well as ensemble coaching on summer music courses.
- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
I do not have a DBS check.
- Where and with whom did you train?
I trained with Gillian Thoday and Jonathan Middleton at Chethams' School of Music and with Melissa Phelps at the Royal College of Music.
