About Mervin
I'm also a non-native English speaker. I joined the call center industry to learn how to speak. I found out that my clients are not particular to grammar -- what's important is that you understand each other. You make clarifications, you ask them how to say something, and most of the time they'll tell you how they usually say it. Conversation is the king! It's the best and the quickest way to learn the language.
