About Trishan
I’m an engineering student and I have been in fitness for the last 6 years. I possess multidisciplinary knowledge in fitness ranging from bodybuilding, Cross Training, Olympic weightlifting, HIIT, strength and conditioning. I have trained in a variety of gyms gaining a lot of knowledge in this space.
