About Betsy
I started this teaching road in my first college year, teaching in a high school to students three years younger than me. When I turned twenty I took a plane to China to live there as a home teacher for a year, getting incredible results from my students. Four kids in total: two, four, ten and twelve years old respectively. The youngest one is turning four years old this year, and is able to keep a conversation in English despite she is surrounded by pure Chinese speakers. The oldest guy got into an important international Korean high school after our time together (before working together he tried and failed three times to pass the exam), and I can't be prouder of him, and prouder of me.
