About Kristy
I am a passionate and driven individual who finds joy in various activities. One of my greatest passions in life is swimming, as it allows me to push my physical and mental boundaries, constantly striving to be a better athlete.
I am also very passionate about volunteering. I believe strongly in giving back to the community and leaving a positive impact on people's lives. Volunteering has always provided me with purpose, as I know that I am contributing to the well-being of those individuals who are in most need of it.
As a part-time fitness trainer, I dedicate my time to motivate and help people reach their health goals. Seeing clients progress and reach their goals is incredibly rewarding.
I am an extremely motivated and driven individual that excels in all aspects of life. I have a natural inclination to teach others as it aligns with my beliefs to inspire people to become the best and truest versions of themselves.
