About Harrison
A former Chemical Engineering Student, Current Electrician. I have taught peers in University in study groups. My Pre-apprenticeship program gave me access to people that are not mathematically inclined. I found that shifting strategies between each person is necessary. Learning to see math from the individual perspective was key to my high success rate in tutoring.

Versatile Teaching, Repetition, recognition of improvement, and identifying the logical snag that the individual is stuck on. Reframing the idea of failure is also key to success. Reinforcing the failure behind success is tantamount to success.

Perfect! Harrison has been amazing with my son and working with him through his grade 12 University level Math course. He has gone out of his way to make the learning meet his needs. He drives to meet and do in person lessons because he feels that is more helpful to my son and he is easy going about what his needs are. He will prepare lessons ahead of time on the subject or he will help him work through the assignments or test reviews that he has.

Harrison helped teach me some college math . He was extremely patient, went out of his way to tutor me and found a way to break everything down so I could understand it. Overall a very good teacher. I highly recommend him.
