About Stefano
I was born and raised in Italy. Then I moved to the UK to complete my studies, and I stayed afterwards. In 2023, I decided to try moving back to the Bel Paese. I opened a restaurant with my wife, in the medieval lanes of the town I was from. We both loved cooking and the place is simply beautiful. After the hard decision of renting the business out, we are now back in Scotland, bringing with us all the knowledge we absorbed along our journey.

In my lessons, I transfer the knowledge I have inherited from my Italian nonnas; the same I spent in my experience as a restaurateur: from choosing the right flour, to adding the right amount of eggs, shaping the pasta and making the perfect sauce for it. You will be able to master a crucial part of enjoying the Dolce Vita: homemade pasta and a glass of wine. What's better than that?
