About Yi
I am a former Math Olympiads medalist, consistently reaching top 10 places across Canada in various Math Competitions.
Some of my awards are Canadian Math Olympiads Honorable Mention (placed 4 - 9th), Asian Pacific Math Olympiads Bronze Medal, AMC 12 DHR, scored 95+ on Euclid.
I have been teaching mainly Math competitions for grade 9 and higher, with multiple students placing at the very top of their age groups in various contests.
I can provide a systematic way of problem-solving, and give structured lessons on different topics (Geometry, Algebra, Number theory, Combinatorics) in Math contests. Or if there's a specific topic you would like to improve, we can do that as well.
I can prepare students for Math contests of G9 or higher up until national Olympiads level, including CEMC, COMC, Waterloo Math Contest (Cayley, Fermat, Euclid, etc.), C(J)MO, AMC 8/10/12, AIME, USA(J)MO and more.
