About Florence
I qualified as a primary school teacher in 2013 and also hold a Master’s Degree in Education. I currently work as a private healthcare assistant supporting individuals to live in their own homes and access their communities. I like to support individuals to reach their potential and I recognise that some people might require alternative approaches to achieve success- not everyone is able to work best in a busy classroom environment.

I pride myself on being creative and imaginative, and use such qualities to communicate ideas in an interesting and inspiring way. I am patient, calm, and able to adapt to the needs of the learner. I recognise that not every pupil learns in the same way and may need extra support to reach their potential. I qualified as a primary school teacher in 2013 and have a Master’s Degree in Education. My lessons are an hour and I can cover both KS1 and KS2. I am also happy to cater to adult learners who want to build confidence in literacy and ‘real world’ mathematics- like budgeting.
