About Ian
My name is Ian and I have been a Private Tutor for many years now. I treat every pupil as an individual, so every lesson is tailored to the pupil.
I have successfully guided students through ABRSM exams over the years.
I have also taught pupils up to degree standards.
I am a firm believer that music should be fun and for everyone.

I believe that every learner has their own individual way of learning, so it is up to the teacher to adapt to the learner's particular way of learning, not the other way around.
The lesson length is One hour.
I studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama under Leonard Stein, and Rafael Wallfisch, gaining an Associateship of the College-AGSM.My teaching experience started with peripatetic teaching in Leicestershire, I have also taught in Warwickshire, London, and Scotland. I am currently a Private Teacher.
