About Susan
I am a qualified Foundation Phase teacher. I've obtained my B.Ed degree at the North-West University, Potchefstroom. I've also completed my Honours in Learner Support. I have been teaching for 10 years at different schools, and I've worked with different age groups, adapting work according to each individual's ability. I've also obtained my TEFL certificate and I have been teaching online since April 2020.

I believe that every student can achieve success. I base my lessons on the principle that the student must be actively involved in the lesson. It is also important to incorporate their interests into the lessons, which will ensure active involvement. I make use of different teaching styles to accommodate learners with different learning styles. I adapt the learning material according to the individual's needs. I also make use of repetition and reinforcement in order to make sure the concepts/work are consolidated.
