About Christian
I am a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, but as well as the body, I also have a big interest in the mind and soul. I've been sober for 2.5 years and tools I acquired back then are still applicable now. Not only to stay sober, but manage anxiety, depression and negative emotions about myself in general, which I can pass on to you!
