About Léon
As a student in international relations who will soon graduate with an MSc at LSE, I know that teaching is part of what it means to be a scholar. Thanks to an academic exchange, I had the opportunity to live 6 months in Taiwan, where I developed a true passion for multicultural environments! As a multilingual speaker, I aim to share my culture in teaching French in various locations. Dynamic, serious and reliable, I can adapt myself to various situations, and I have had previous experiences in teaching which have reinforced my desire to pursue in this way. Practice makes perfect! My lessons are suited for every level, from beginners who discover the French language to those close to mastering Molière’s language! My teaching methodology is, first and foremost, based on oral practice, as it is the key to catching how a language works. I refer to the French educational system, personal resources, and documentation that I use to help my students practise reading and writing. Concerning assistance for academic support, I listen carefully to the student’s needs and aspirations and adapt my sessions accordingly. With two years of teaching experience in Paris in the Parkours! company, I am used to education, which is one of my passions!
