About Chelsea
I am a Kinesiologist, Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. I've played piano since I was 4 years old and completed up to Grade 10 Royal Conservatory. I've worked with children since I was in highschool and I continue to work with children as a piano teacher, english/french/math tutor, fitness leader, swimming instructor, daycare leader, program leader and recreational birthday leader. I've worked with adults as a swimming instructor, personal trainer and kinesiologist.
I prefer to teach K-Grade 9 for any french subject. For ex. French Immersion students have math, science and social studies in French. I've tutored in French for over 7 years.

For french immersion students I like to mix English and French because it ensures the student understands what I'm teaching. Also, I've learned that students have longer attention spans if I tutor with both languages instead of only talking in French. Furthermore, the students tend to like tutoring more if I mix both languages since it takes the pressure off of them and I have had a 100% success rate with this teaching method.
