About Estelle
I’ve been teaching French for nearly a decade, and what inspires me most is watching students begin to think in the language. My approach combines structured grammar instruction with a conversational focus that encourages spontaneity and understanding. I have experience teaching travelers, professionals, and academic learners, each with different motivations and learning styles. This variety keeps my teaching dynamic and empathetic. I believe that language learning should be as much about joy and curiosity as it is about progress. When I’m not teaching, I read French literature and explore francophone films to stay connected with the living rhythm of the language. Teaching French allows me to share that same sense of beauty, emotion, and clarity with my students.

My French lessons focus on building communication skills through conversation, listening, and cultural immersion. I design every session to help students think and respond in French naturally, using role-play, reading passages, and pronunciation training to reinforce vocabulary and structure.
Beginners start with greetings, essential verbs, and simple sentence formation through visual cues and games. Intermediate learners practice dialogues, thematic vocabulary, and grammar in context, while advanced students refine fluency through debates, films, and short writing tasks. Grammar is never taught in isolation — it’s woven into meaningful communication.
I emphasize correct pronunciation, rhythm, and accent clarity while also introducing students to French art, cuisine, and daily expressions. My goal is for learners to feel the language, not just memorize it — making every session lively, memorable, and confidence-building.
