About Taylor
Hi there,
I'm Taylor- a recent university graduate in French language studies. I have eight years of tutoring experience up to the intermediate level. In addition to having an undergraduate degree in French, I completed an immersion program with Western University that prepared me for the DELF B2 and finished in the top 5% of the class.
I currently tutor French immersion students in-person in literature, grammar, social studies, and science. I also help produce and teach French content and activities for an after-school children's program. My students tell me that I am kind and goofy, but I really just enjoy making our lessons memorable! Teaching is my greatest joy.

One methodology does not fit all. I am student-centered and will alter my approach to meet your needs. For elementary and high school students I will follow the Canadian provincial curriculum you learn under. I teach children and teenagers through case studies, games, and real-life scenarios to make what they are learning relatable and easier to recall. For university students, I include more conversation and will lead the session in French to give you more one-on-one oral practice (we can also play games- adults need fun, too!)
My lessons are for people who wish to improve their reading level, vocabulary, and grammar. I have experience teaching students in elementary, high school, and introductory university courses. Reach out and let's see if we would make a good fit! :D
