About Kiara
I am a French language mentor with 11 years of teaching experience and a Master’s degree in French Language and Civilization. My academic background gave me a deep understanding of linguistic structure, cultural history, and expressive communication. Over the years, I have worked with learners from diverse backgrounds, guiding them toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful fluency. My teaching philosophy is grounded in patience, curiosity, and structure. I believe students learn best when they understand why language works the way it does. I adapt lessons carefully to each learner’s pace, ensuring they feel supported while still challenged to grow. I focus on building confidence through consistent reinforcement and thoughtful practice. Outside teaching, I remain engaged with French literature, film, and cultural studies. Teaching French is deeply fulfilling because I witness students grow comfortable expressing complex thoughts.
