About Zoe
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies and a Master of Arts in French Cultural Communication. During the past 5 years, I have worked with learners from diverse backgrounds, helping them improve fluency and confidence in French. My interest in the language began through literature, travel experiences, and cultural exploration. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share that passion while supporting students in achieving their goals. Helping learners succeed continues to motivate me every day.
My teaching philosophy centers on communication, encouragement, and adaptability. I believe language learning becomes more effective when students actively engage with meaningful content. Lessons are structured to reflect individual goals while providing a clear path for improvement. Students receive supportive guidance that helps them build understanding gradually and confidently. This creates an environment where learning feels comfortable and productive.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring francophone cultures, reading French literature, and studying language education methods. These interests enrich my lessons and help keep learning engaging. Watching students gain confidence and communicate successfully is deeply satisfying. I strive to make every lesson practical and enjoyable. My goal is to help learners build skills that serve them well beyond the classroom.
