About Johanna
Hi there,
I am a french native speaker about to move to Edinburgh.
Ever since I was a child, I wanted to learn foreign languages and cultures. I moved abroad 7 years ago at the age of 19. So far I have lived in France, Spain and Germany and am about to add Scotland to the list.
I enjoy traveling, photography, sports and a good book with tea. I am also a coffee lover :)

I am a native french speaker about to move to Edinburgh. I graduated from Uni with an undergraduate in Hispanic Studies and Linguistics. After my graduation in Spain, I started teaching the french language. I taught in a school in Madrid for a year (students were 11-18). I also gave private courses for about 3 years. I helped one of my students to prepare the DEFL certificate and they passed it!
My lessons usually last an hour and are based on what the student needs to focus on (conversation, grammar, preparation to official exam). The first lesson would enable me to get to know the student, talk to them and analyse the points they need / want to focus on. Afterwards, we would start regular lessons.
I am open to teach to all types of levels, beginners to advanced.
