About Pauline
I started teaching children as an afterschool assistant. After graduating from a Master’s degree in English studies, I worked as a French language assistant in Trinity College Dublin. I then obtained my CertTESOL and therefore I am now a certified English Language Teacher.

As a language teacher, my upmost priority is for the learner to be able to thrive through the learning process. I have experience teaching children (3-10) but also university students and adults. Regardless of the learner’s age, I always try to personalise the lesson depending on their needs, while including games and fun activities. I consider languages as a subject that should be enjoyed and allow learners to discover more about another culture. Thus, in class I make sure to familiarise my students with literature, but also music and visual medium (series, films, art…).
