I am a French tutor, and I teach pupils and students for exams. I pay attention to all the aspects of the language. I work out exercises and practice on points relevant to the student's skills. My lessons are tailored to the needs of the student.
I also teach a lot of adults, whether they are moving to France, travel there regularly or go there on business. Improving conversation skills is essential. I make sure that skills they need are not neglected.
Students enjoy my lessons. I am energetic and enthusiastic, I keep it lively and match their pace. I am friendly and approachable, caring and patient and most of all I love people and I love teaching.
I have been teaching for over 25 years. I taught many students for GCSE, Common entrance, A Levels.
Last year, one of my student wanted to go to Oxford and with my help she got accepted. The year before another student wanted to go to Cambridge, she got accepted.
I have had other students who got A* at GCSE level.
I have a Masters degree in International Business from Le Havre University in France. Law, Economics, Spanish and English were part of the degree.
I have been teaching in London in Language Schools, including The French Institute in the past I have worked in an Independent School for a few month, which made me realise that I was more suited for one to one interaction. The bulk of my work has been teaching French as an independent tutor. I have over 25 years experience in teaching French. I have taught successfully adults and children at all levels.
