About Sarah
I love learning and have developped the teaching skill from a very young age. I enjoyed helping my class mates feel more confident before exams and started teaching very young. I started teaching piano as a teenager with my own teacher and have since continued to teach music as well as the French language, French culture and literature. I love languages and speak several but prefer to teach only my native tongue French. I will continue to enjoy learning for the foreseeable future and I love to share my passion for music and languages so I tend to work well with students that have set goals and want to become very good and confident at expressing themselves in French.
I also like to remove whichever obstacle individual students may struggle with so they can take their learning skills into any other subject.

Lessons can last from 30 to 90 minutes.
Careful assessment of what each individual students needs to focus on to reach their goals is carried out in the first lesson and focus is then directed to find out how each student learns, and which method will be the most effective for the student to reach their goal.
I have taught privately for over 30 years and have taught in the MOD, at University and in secondary schools, so I can adapt to all ages and levels and find a way to give confidence to my students and guide them so they enjoy the learning process as well as reaching their goals.
