I have a BA in English, an MA in Social Networking studies, and I am currently a social media advisor for a small business. I began studying French in high school, but continued learning the language through college, and I took my first trip to Paris last year!

I believe strongly in visual representations/uses of the language for learning vocabulary, and written repetition for other facets of the language like conjugations and grammar so that new concepts will be better committed to a student’s long-term memory. I also love providing examples of lesson content as used in real-life settings like movies, music, and podcasts so that one can develop adequate conversational/listening skills. Role playing using the language has definite benefits for group classes, as wel!
