I approach teaching by learning to know the student first. With both oral and written exercises, we can start to know each other, what we like and what we want for our future. Later, once the trust has been installed between the student and me, my method is to always ask what the student wants to do : I believe a child should not study a language if he doesn't want to.
I am a Film Studies student at King's College London. I was born in France and lived here my whole life until I came to London to study. I have been giving lessons to groups of 4 - 15 children, aged 4 to 13 years old for almost a year in a French school. I also give occasional individual lessons when I am asked by the school's parents.
