About Lorenzo
I am passionate about languages. I am Italian, but I was raised in the south of France, which allowed me to grow up in a bilingual environment and develop a strong connection to both languages from an early age.
I am currently a student myself, so I understand very well the challenges of learning a new language and the importance of having a patient, supportive, and well-organised teacher. I now study in the UK, which means I speak English fluently in my daily academic life.
I also love learning languages myself: I am currently learning Spanish and German, so I fully understand what it means to progress step by step, make mistakes, and build confidence over time.
This personal experience helps me connect with my students and adapt my teaching to their needs.
Teaching French is something I genuinely enjoy, and I always aim to make my lessons engaging and effective.

My teaching method is based on one simple idea: the more mistakes you make, the more you improve. I create a supportive and relaxed environment where students feel comfortable speaking, trying, and learning from their errors.
I design each lesson myself and adapt it to the student’s level, goals, and learning style. My classes usually combine conversation practice, grammar explanations, vocabulary work, and correction. I focus on helping students actively use the language, because I believe that practice is the key to progress.
My lessons are typically 1 hour long. At the end of each lesson, I also create flashcards to help students review and make sure they are really remembering and learning new vocabulary or structures from the class.
I have already taught several students individually of different ages and levels, which has helped me become flexible and adapt easily to each learner.
My lessons are for all levels and all ages, whether you are a complete beginner or already more advanced in French.
