About Laura
I am university student currently studying to become a French teacher. I have been a tutor for five years, and during my tutoring experience, I use many DELF sources to help my students (audio, reading and writing). I also have had students that have prepared for the DELF. I have used the DELF not only for adults but also DELF Prim and DELF Junior, for kids and for students in middle school and high school. I tutor in Toronto and also online.

At first if the student does not know their level, I will assess it through certain exercises. From there we will work on where the student has difficulties. Then the student starts feeling more comfortable we will begin at looking into the preparation for the DELF. As I find starting right at the beginning with exercises from the DELF can be intimidating. Preparing for the DELF I introduce writing challenges to help them with their writting skills, for the written portion of the test. In addition, to audio clips, not only the ones given by the DELF but from other sources. etc. From there we will delve more into the DELF and do practice runs as well.
