I focus on building a strong foundation in badminton by breaking down the game into its core skills: footwork, strokes, and strategy.
My teaching methodology revolves around tailored coaching to suit each player’s unique needs and goals. I use a mix of drills and match practice to help students not only improve their technique but also build confidence and a love for the sport.
Each lesson is typically structured as follows:
- Warm-up: Focused on stretching and light exercises to prevent injuries.
- Skill Development: Targeted drills to improve specific skills like serves, smashes, and net play
- Gameplay Practice: Applying learned skills in real-game scenarios
- Cool-down: Relaxing exercises and a quick review of progress made during the session.
