About Megan
I am a Psychology undergraduate student with experience working in education, community, and voluntary settings, including roles supporting children in schools and structured play environments. I am confident working with young learners and adapting my communication to suit different needs and abilities.
I am patient, reliable, and approachable, with a strong focus on creating a positive and supportive learning environment. I enjoy helping students build confidence in their creativity and develop their art skills at their own pace, whether they are complete beginners or working towards school-based goals.
My aim is to make lessons engaging, encouraging, and tailored to each individual student so they feel comfortable experimenting, improving, and expressing themselves through art.

My lessons are friendly, patient, and tailored to each student’s needs and interests. I focus on building confidence in drawing and creativity through step-by-step guidance, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. I encourage learners to develop their own style while improving core skills such as shading, proportion, and composition.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted depending on the student’s preference and goals. I can support complete beginners as well as those preparing for school art coursework or portfolios. I can tutor in person near Addlestone, making sessions flexible and accessible. My aim is to create a relaxed environment where students feel comfortable experimenting and improving at their own pace.
